thinking of how to better develop working relationship in this new year? One could develop better working relationships via the CRA model.
The CRA model consist of C- communication and consciousness , R -recognition and A-adjustment
Communication and consciousness- It has to be a 2 way traffic. Having to be able to garner feedback from others within team would help you to understand where are the blind spots that you need to improvise one.
Recognition- recognize the things that you need to improve on and decide if you are willing to change your attitude or swallow your pride.
A-after adjusting yourself to the feedback for a while, it is best to garner feed back as well.
