Ingredients
1 duck
1 tablespoon of salt
3 table spoon of dark soya sauce
6 tablespoons of sugare
1 blue ginger
Steps to cooking it
Marinate the duck with 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoon of dark soya sauce.
Used the 6 tablespoons of sugar and caramelize it vua using small fire. Put in the blue ginger to fragrant it. Then mix the duck with the sugar . Put the stomach of the duck on the pot. Simmer it for 5 mins and then add 3 tablespoon of water. Cook for 45 mins.

One week into June
Hey people, how are you guys doing out there? It has been one week into June. Have anyone of you achieved some things that you would like to achieve in this yr 2010?
