What is law of attraction?

The name law of attraction was given due to the belief that "like attracts like" and that by focusing on either positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about either positive or negative results.
This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy. It is known to be the science of attracting of what you want and less of what you don't.

One example used by a proponent of the law of attraction is that if a person opened an envelope expecting to see a bill, then the law of attraction would "confirm" those thoughts and contain a bill when opened. A person who decided to instead expect a cheque might, under the same law, find a cheque instead of a bill.

Something that intrigues me was that this law of attraction also uses the concept that where your attention goes , your energy flow. I personally have tried this concept and it works. I was privellged that I have a friend, Meiyappan Siva Pandian who is interested to teach others about law of attraction .

Meiyappan Siva Pandian is a certified Law of Attraction coach and trainer certified by Law of Attraction Centre in Malaysia. M Siva holds a Masters  and a first class honour degree in electrical engineering. He has worked with large MNCs such as Intel technology. Inspired by Michael Losier, international trainer and author of best selling book " Law of Attraction", M Siva began to pursue his passion in performance cocahing and self mastery. Using accelerated learning techniques, he is able to coach business to peak through enhancing client sales and productivity by law of attaction, law of connection and NLP.

Anyone interested in learning the law of attraction could email him at msiva@theloacentre.com with the code Aloa to get the free 1 hr coaching from him.

Testimonial from his client

Ever since I found out about Law of Attraction in 2008, I have been reading lots of materials from the internet, books, videos, audios – you name it, in an attempt to ‘master’ it. Though I did improve in several areas of my life, I was unable to get out of my financial woes.

All that changed when I signed up for the 90-day Coaching Programme by LOA Centre. I got positive result in just one week! I have completed my coaching and my monthly income has increased by 90%. The greatest part of it all is, I learn to be a better person. That is something that money can’t buy. My deepest gratitude to everybody at LOA Centre Malaysia

Ways to make u stay alert

Massage way

I have learnt a way of massage that helps me to keep myself alert during exams. That is to massage my own head using the thumbs and the index fingers.

Step 1: Place ur thumbs at the start of your jaw bone on the head, and index fingers slightly about one inch above the ears.

Step 2: Lift up the thumbs and index fingers a few times to do the massage and you will feel refreshed.

Supplementations

I would usually rely on taking cordy max and ginko from pharmanex brand to boost  my stamina else I would have to rely on at least 4 cups of coffee. I can help to buy at a discount rate.

How to remove gallstones and also how to detect it

One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can’t digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.” So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice ever day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil ( or sesame oil ) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

Seasonal allergies's quick fix remedies

How to identify synthetic vitamins

  • Organic substances generally have common names because they come from natural food sources.
  • For e.g "Lemon Grass" instead of acetate and palmitate; "Citrus" instead of "Vitamin C" or "Parsley" instead of "vitamin K"
  • Find words that end with "ate" or "ide" in the list of ingredients.
  • For e.g. nitrate, acetate, sodium ascorbate, sodium benzoate, chloride, hydrochloride, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide.
  • In the ingredients label search for words that begin with "dl."
  • For e.g. Natural Vitamin E = d-alpha-tocopherol; Synthetic Vitamin E = dl-alpha-tocopheryl
These are the simple ways to identify synthetic vitamins , so you people out there please look out for it.

What kind of facial mask should you use during menstrual cycle?

During – Moisturizing face masks and whitening eye masks. Why so ?

This is to prevent the skin from looking dehydrated and rough. As during menstruation, a certain percentage of the water within the body and blood was lost.

Products recommendation: Nu Skin Creamy Hydrating Masque, Napca moisturize mist.

Second week after the menstrual – Skin is at its best and there is increase in production of sebum. Thus also will create fine lines. Thus this season is best to use whitening masks to eliminate melanin.

Products recommendation: Nu Skin Tri phasic white mask.

Weeks before and after the menstrual – Deep cleansing so as to prevent the pores that are being stretched.

Week after menstrual (post safe period) – The amount of hormones increases at a high speed in this week. If we choose to use repairing facial masks or soothing masks for seven day, our skin would definitely recover more quickly. Repairing facial masks or soothing masks have the function of activating cells. They usually contain acidic substances, such as salicylic acid.

Products recommendation: Nu Skin 180 AHA Facial Peel and Neutralizer.

March Holidays for Kids

Next week, it is again the week long march holidays. Perhaps parents out there are having problem of thinking of what programs to plan for their kids. If the kids are of teenager age, I would actually recommend them to go to all those orphanages or old folks home to do some community work or learn some dialects from the old folks as the dialects are diminishing from our society.

Parents or anyone interested to get themselves involve in community work can go to the following link  to register themselves as a volunteer

Updates

This month is a pretty short month for all. In Singapore, it has been raining quite often except for the few days of the chinese new year where showers of rain only lasted for about an hour or so.

This year's ang bao collection makes me realized that even my distant relatives whom i only meet once in a while due to family gatherings gave me the angbao of blessings make me feel very touched. I never had this kind of feeling. It has been a long while that I got angbao from my 5th grand auntie cos I have not been visiting her during chinese new year due to that she said no need to visit her during chinese new year to my dad.

The importance of having the right beliefs in our own mind adapted from JosephPrince.com of mediate of success

Case scenario

When things go wrong in our lives, we often ask the question, “What did I DO wrong?” We believe that something we did brought about the bad thing that has happened. Granted, there are consequences to our actions, but what brought about those actions in the first place? It’s our beliefs!
So the question we should really be asking is not, “What did I do wrong?” but “Where have I gone wrong in my believing?” The bad things that we are experiencing today are often a result of the wrong beliefs that we have. Similarly, the good things that we are experiencing today are a result of believing right about the Lord’s grace, love and promises for us.
Beloved, I pray today that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you areas of wrong believing in your life so that any hindrances to your breakthrough may be removed. Just go to the Lord right now and ask, “Where have I believed wrong, Lord?” And let Him guide you into all truth and show you the way to your victory.
When you know the truth and believe right, you will live right, experience freedom from bondages and walk in the blessings of God!

Verse to mediate on :  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32

7 Ways to practice peace adapted from Joyce Meyers's promises for your everyday life devotional

7 Ways to Practice Peace

Living in God's peace is vital to enjoying life. I believe that one of the keys to living with peace in your life is taking small steps toward peace every day. Here are a few tips you can use to develop a more peaceful lifestyle.

1. Be selective with how you spend your time. You may be trying to do too many things and end up doing none of them well. Hurrying is the flesh trying to do more than the Holy Spirit is leading you to do. Be led by the Spirit.

2. Be prepared to say "no" nicely. Sometimes we take on things we shouldn't because we're uncomfortable saying no. Ask God to give you the words to say no when you need to.

3. Resist the spirit of procrastination. God's Word tells us to exercise self-discipline. Do what you know you need to do now so you can fully enjoy your times of rest.

4. Eliminate key distractions. If you know you are prone to certain distractions, such as watching TV, set some guidelines for yourself.

5. Set appropriate boundaries for interruptions. Life is full of interruptions, but you can learn to set boundaries that help you manage them in healthy ways, such as scheduling times when you are "off limits." Schedule time to give yourself a break.

6. Modify your life. Ask God to show you out-of-the-box ways to save time and trouble. For instance, when I don't have time to do the dishes, I use paper plates!

7. Pray and listen. If you can see that your plan is not producing peace, go back to God, pray for peace in the now, and for the wisdom to make changes that will benefit your life.

The bottom line is to make peace a priority, take practical steps toward it, and let God lead you every day into His perfect peace that passes all understanding.

Prayer Starter: God, lead me into Your peace that passes all understanding. Show me the daily steps I can take to walk in Your peace for me.

How to develop better working relationships

Hi all,

thinking of how to better develop working relationship in this new year? One could develop better working relationships via the CRA model.

The CRA model consist of C- communication and consciousness , R -recognition and A-adjustment

Communication and consciousness- It has to be a 2 way traffic. Having to be able to garner feedback from others within team would help you to understand where are the blind spots that you need to improvise one.

Recognition- recognize the things that you need to improve on and decide if you are willing to change your attitude or swallow your pride.

A-after adjusting yourself to the feedback for a while, it is best to garner feed back as well.

The answer for a guilty conscience from the excerpt from Jospeh Prince's daily devotional

The Answer For A Guilty Conscience-Hebrews 9:14

14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Have you heard the voice of your conscience saying things like, “You deserve hell for the sins you committed against your wife three years ago” or “Why are you surprised that your child is not talking to you? You were never around when he needed you”?

That is why you must have an answer that will satisfy your conscience. When your conscience says, “You have sinned. You must be punished for this sin or else God is not a just God,” you say, “Yes, I have sinned. But this sin and every other sin that I have committed were punished to the maximum in the body of Jesus Christ! So there remains no more punishment for me today, for how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse my conscience!”

My friend, the only way to bring peace to your conscience is to look to the cross. The cross of Jesus is the only answer that will satisfy your conscience.

So the next time your conscience condemns you because of sin, don’t try to silence it with your good works. Look to the cross and say, “Father, thank You for Jesus and the cross. Jesus was totally condemned on my behalf for this sin, so there is now absolutely no condemnation left for me.” Then, your conscience will look at the cross and say, “Ahhhh... peace.” My friend, Jesus’ finished work at the cross truly sets you free!

If you are willing to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, please pray the following prayer

Prayer: Thank you Lord, for sending your son Jesus Christ to died for me at the cross. Please forgive me of my sins and I receive you King Jesus into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour. Lord, I give you Lordship over my heart , my mind  and my soul. In Jesus Mighty Name, I pray Amen.

Eat healthier this year

This year is a very different kind of new year for me. I just thought that by eating healthier as in eating more fruits and vegetables is not enough. It would be good to keep check of the expiry date and the freshness of the food. I have found a link for that to check on how long can the food be kept for freshness. Please do take note even biscuits from Malaysia are not advisable to consume. Interested parties who are keen to know the list , please email me at akimoto_emi05@yahoo.com.sg

Thoughts after a movie

Yesterday , I went out with my friend to watch the show hotel transylvania. It was kinda a bit of hilarious but yet at the same time touching. This show is an animated show.

This movie even though is cartoon, it depicts paternal love and true love. Paternal love on how the father vampire despite being sorched by sun and got himself into smoke still insisted on finding back the love of his daughter's life. As for the daughter vampire, she found herself falling for a human. Yet it was love at first sight. How many of us in real life managed to get love at first sight ?

My question is how come nowadays is that MDA allows films that are being filmed using characters and vampires to show family love? There are pros and cons to this. Pros is that kids would not get nightmare when watching horror movie. Cons is that it is not good for spiritual health.

For once, I saw 2 movies with vampires that are being filmed in a month showing family love. The twilight saga and also this show hotel transylvania. No way am I going to watch the twilight series again so gruesome.

Questionaire on how satisfied are you with life ?

Yesterday, it was the first time I went for a psychology talk outside of school. To me, the venue was a new place. I like that environment very much. The place was called the hub.

Over there,I met a school mate and got to know a new friend, Domina.

If some of you could recall , sometime back earlier this year  I posted a you tube clip on the being happy. Being happy is not just a state of mind , it also deals with the choice that you make.

Here is a list of questions that you can do to determine how satisfied with life you are.
  1. In most ways, my life is close to my ideal.
  2. The conditions of my life is excellent
  3. I am completely satisified with my life
  4. So far I have gotten the most important things I want in life
  5. If I could live my life over, I would change nothing.
Rate these questions betweeen 1- 7 with 1 as strongly disagree and 7 being strongly agree
Please divide your total score by 5 to determine ur satisifaction level.

Warning about wasabi

WASABI Is Kidney & Liver-Killer
Also found the following info in a Japan-guide website.

Wasabi is Japanese horseradish. It is most famous in the form of a green paste used as condiment for sashimi (raw seafood) and sushi.
However, wasabi is also used for many other Japanese dishes.
Wasabi is a root vegetable that is grated into a green paste. In supermarkets, wasabi is widely available as a paste or in powder form.
Wasabi powder has to be mixed with water to become a paste.
Wasabi has a strong, hot flavour which dissipates within a few seconds and leaves no burning aftertaste in one's mouth.

Many "wasabi" powder and paste products that are available in supermarkets (and even some restaurants) contain only very little or no real wasabi at all and are made of coloured horseradish instead. This is due to the fact that cultivation of real wasabi is relatively difficult and expensive.

WASABI generally is : 90% chemical products!
The WASABI generally used is a Kidney & Liver-Killer contains 90% harmful chemical products! The real WASABI is in huge demand. Since the raw WASABI plant is in shortage and the labor costs to make WASABI is very high, the WASABI generally is : 90% chemical products!

Timing for repairing of our organs

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 4- 6am: must be in deep sleep so that the short term memory will go into the long term memory.

Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too

A forwarded email warning about the dangers of china mushrooms

I was in China recently and we went to a few "mushrooms steamboat " restaurants where we can select all different kinds of mushrooms to put into our steamboat. It was very good.

The waiters in ALL such restaurants told us NOT to eat until the soup has been boiling for at least 12 to 15 mins.

In the first restaurant, we were very hungry , so we did not bother to wait for 12 mins and started to dish out our mushrooms from the steamboat when the waiter ran over quickly to our table to stop us from eating. Every restuarant gave us very stern warning that we CANNOT eat until it is 15 mins of continuous boiling.

Apparently, they had to kill all the bacteria in the mushrooms. I was thinking maybe it is toxic.

Sulfide 硫化has the potential to cause allergies, mostly asthmatic. 10% of asthma cases are cause by an allergy to sulfides. It is a preservative, but strictly regulated.

It has been found that Mushrooms from China contain carbon disulfide二硫化碳 in them. Carbon disulfide is a pesticide/fungicide with acceptable/legal residue levels defined for fresh/dried foods.
Always discard the soak liquid and do not use it in the cooking process.

China's regulations are questionable.

Most of the mushrooms on the market are from China, and are contaminated with chemicals which are soluble in water. Discard the water that you soak the dried mushrooms in to soften.
According to Mr. L.W. Chan of the Health Department (USA), most mushrooms are smuggled into the country from China.

The recent opening of traffic between China and Taiwan made it difficult for the government to control these illegal activities.
It is better to use Taiwanese mushrooms or Japanese Shiitake Mushrooms.

Soak them in water before cooking and the water used to soak the mushrooms must be thrown away.

Mr. Chan continued to say that it is customary and a common practice for people to cook the mushrooms with the water saved from soaking. This habit should stop, because most fertilizers used in farming are water soluble.
According to tests in the past, it was known that mushrooms were contaminated by fertilizer.
Mushrooms contain sulfur and when mixed in with fertilizer, carbonate tests showed a 20% higher reading on carbon disulfide which made it difficult to obtain a reliable reading on results.

Dangerous food import bar coding alert

The whole world is scared of China made 'black hearted goods'. Can you differentiate which one is made in the USA , Philippines , Taiwan or China ? For your Information ... the first 3 digits of the barcode is the country code wherein the product was made. Sample: all barcodes that start with 690.691.692 until 695 are all MADE IN CHINA. 471 is Made in Taiwan

This is our human right to know, but the government and related department never educate the public, therefore we have to RESCUE ourselves. Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer products 'made in china', so they don't show from which country it is made.
However, you may now refer to the barcode, remember if the first 3 digits is 690 to 695, then it is Made in China .
00 ~ 13 USA & CANADA
30 ~ 37 FRANCE
40 ~ 44 GERMANY
49 ~ JAPAN
50 ~ UK
57 ~ Denmark
64 ~ Finland
76 ~ Switzerland and Lienchtenstein
628 ~ Saudi-Arabien
629 ~ United Arab Emirates
740 ~ 745 - Central America
All 480 Codes are Made in the Philippines.
Now read on below for specifics on goods from China to protect yourself, your family, and your friends – as I am trying to do.
This is sickening but it is an alert to read labels and always buy fresh when you can.

DO NOT BUY FOOD PROCESSED IN CHINA , HONG KONG , VIETNAM AND THAILAND !!! no food inspection!!!

In the midst of my exams

Hi people out there ,

I am still in the midst of preparing my operations management exams for next mon which is my final paper of this semster. So many topics to cover but then thank God this is more of a calculations paper.

I now realized that why people at the lowest level in the hierarchy in the organization are being so called 'bullied' by the management level cos it is due to making enough challenges for people at the lowest level to feel challenged enough just because of this thing called Just in time approach.

I am doing my studying at my school library and I found 2 new friends. One is called Ann , another is called 老师. Hoping for that today i will be able to complete 11 chapters in 9 hours. Then tomorrow can start practicing calculations. Sunday to do memorization work.

Health tips for the working class adults

Let's just cover something very simple health tips for the working class adults. Having a healthy body at work not only increases your productivity but also reduces the amount of stress that your body is going to get throughout the week.

Tip 1: Drink more fruit juice

By drinking more fruit juice , it will help you to increase the number of anti-oxidants that will help you to fight against the free radicals aka stress or viruses like flu & etc. However, if in the event you are a diabetic patient I would suggest that you take minimum amount of fruits . Diabetic patients are not allowed to take fruit juice due to high sugar content.

Fruits that I recommend for diabetic patients would be a slice of apple or guava.

Tip 2: Sleep less in air conditioned room

If you are sick, it is best that you check on the air condition system if it is dusty 'cos it is not healthy to breathe in dusty air when you are on the mode of recovery or just fully recovered from the illness.

Tip 3: Eat less of the savoury food and adopt the habit of taking slightly bland food

Even for the different kind of  savoury food when we compare between the meat dishes and the vegetable dishes, the meat dishes will take longer to digest. It will affects the digestive system. So for the sake of your digestive system , try to take in more fibre to detox.

 Tip 4: Stretch

If your working hours are a bit tad long , it is best to do some stretching at the desk. Best to do some stretching once you wake up, it will help in the blood circulation and with that it will help u to keep a healthy body.

Food review at local neighbourhood coffee shop in bedok reservoir road

I was once again being invited to do food review for nice Indian -Muslim food this time round . This review was done about 2 weeks back . Nonetheless, it was something new which I was able to try out. Something new about doing food review was that it was a neighbourhood coffee shop serving fusion food between the local Chinese fare, Indian fare , Muslin fare and Thai fare.

This neighbourhood coffee shop is known as the Al waris, located at 117 Bedok Reservoir Road.

Though the food review was done in a neighbourhood coffee shop , it was nice as the food are cooked on the spot just like the chinese zi char stall. Food that are being reviewed are the nasi goreng kampung , nasi goreng usa , seafood kway teow and

                                                             Nasi Goreng Kampung

Nasi goreng kampung is a traditional fried rice in the Muslim fare just like the Chinese fried rice. It was done in a manner whereby the rice did not stick together and you could taste the individual grains of the rice even after for 10 mins on the table without touching it. Best of all , it was not oily.

                                                                Nasi Goreng USA

This is the first time that I have heard a dish called Nasi goreng usa . Nasi goreng usa consists of tumeric fried rice, nice mutton meat and a sunny side up. The mutton meat was the crux to the nasi goreng usa cos its spicy yet without the smell of the mutton and also tender.

                                                           Seafood Kway Teow

As for this dish, it is able to same kind of taste we can get from the normal chinese zi char stall . It lacks of the wok hei ( the burnt kind of taste) in the kway teow. Portion wise , I would say you get what you pay for.

                                                      Chup Chai ( mixed vegetables)

This dish is abit pale in comparison as to the other dishes and the vegetables are a bit well cooked for my taste. However , it taste nice if the elderly folk were to compliment it with plain porridge.Sauce wise, it seems to be like getting the taste from the seafood kway teow sauce's style.

                                                 Promfret with pudina herbs

This dish is a bit unique cos we hardly see that Indian food is without spices. However, this time round the spice is called mentha arvenis(podia). The chef use mentha arvenis ( podia aka japanese peppermint) to pound it and make it into to a paste to spread on top of the fish.

Podina is used as a carminative and an expectorant. The plant is highly effective in treating headaches, rhinitis, cough sore throat, colic, prurigo and vomiting. It serves as a good blood cleanser, since it is antiseptic and anti-bacterial. Podina plays a significant role in alleviating swollen gums, mouth ulcers and toothaches. Crushed and bruised pudina leaves are used in treating insect bites. The decoction and infusion of its leaves and stems helps in fever, stomachaches, dysmenorrheal and diuresis. Fresh leaves of podina are crushed and sniffed for dizziness. Crushed leaves are also applied on the forehead and temple, to cure headaches.

The other 2 companion side dishes which is the long beans and french beans are well saute and crunchy.

                                                          Freshly grated apple juice

This is the first time when I got fruit juice without any sugar syrup in it. Kudos to Al waris!

                                                          Home made ice lemon tea

Seems like this homemade ice lemon tea is done with lipton tea and little sugar syrup together with a lime.

Lastly, we had a group photo taken at the shop front.

If you are planning to do online delivery, Al waris  does offer food delivery to the nearby office in the ubi or eunos area. For more info , please go to http://www.alwaris.sg.

Emotional Wellness

Hi all ,

Just wanna to share something about emotional wellness with you guys out there through an excerpt that i was reading from my daily devotionals.

The excerpt goes like this:

Being Emotionally Honest

Ephesians 4:15

Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him, who is the head, even Christ

You can guard your intimate relationships by monitoring how you verbally express your emotions to them. For example, you're having a terrible day at the office, so you call home and say to your wife, "Honey, I'm having a bear of a day. I won't be home until about 6:00 p.m. and I have a meeting at church at 7:00. Could you have dinner ready when I get home?"

When you hit the front door you discover that your wife doesn't have dinner ready as you'd hoped. "For crying out loud," you blaze at her, "I wanted dinner ready at six o'clock! That's why I called you!" Is your wife really the cause of your emotional outburst? Not really. You had a terrible day and you're tired, hungry and stressed out. It's not her fault. Anything could have set you off. You could have just as easily kicked the dog.

Rather than level your wife, why not be emotionally honest? When it comes to acknowledging emotions with your inner circle, honesty is the best policy. But be sure to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15).

Another important guideline for acknowledging and expressing your emotions is to know your limitations. Be aware that if you're on the edge emotionally--angry, tense, anxious, depressed--it's not a good time to make decisions on important issues. Your emotions may push you to resolve what you're struggling with, but you may regret your resolution if you push too hard. You're going to say things you'll later regret. Somebody's going to get hurt. You're far better off to recognize your emotional limits and say, "If we keep talking I'm going to get angry. May we continue this discussion at another time?"

Being emotionally honest lets others off the hook. When you honestly convey how you feel, others know you are not primarily mad at them and that the problem is not their fault. They can also love you better by meeting the needs you express.

So take time to acknowledge your emotions and be real to yourself and from there , you can do greater things and focus on happiness.  When you know how to better manage your emotions , your relationships get better.
