How to improve your body fat metabolism process?

 By having variety of protein , you can actually increase your body fat metabolism process by maintaining lean muscle mass and burning more body fats.

Here's the list of food that you can take to burn more body fats

1. 1 glass of soya milk
2. 1/2 cup of lentils
3. 1/2 cup of quinoa

6. 1 cbow of cup of plain yoghurt
7. 1 bowl of artichokes
