Relationship Wednesdays- How to have self control discipline and ruling over your feelings

There are many at times where we would not hesitate to consider other's feelings when there is an argument . I guess the following video could teach us something on how to have self control in order to discipline and rule over your own feelings. Enjoy

 

Relationships Wednesdays

Actually before the start of the year I was trying to hope that I am able to blog daily with all different themes on each day. However due to my workload, I had to slow down my pace.

Supposedly every Wednesday is a day I would share about relationship issue.  Today  I would like to share about platonic friendship.

Actually, platonic friendship is possible to occur. For me, it is easier for me to have good guy buddies rather than female good buddies. I have 2 good guy friends whom they knew of each other's existence even though they are of different countries cos I introduced them to each other on one occasion.

I am thankful that these 2 good guy friends are always there for me when I needed a listening ear. Tomorrow is going to celebrate birthday with one of them. So I still think that men and women can still be friends cos men and women just need to have friends of the different gender to offer them the perspectives from the different gender. Just keep it cool on the platonic friendship ! 

How to have positive relationship?

What does it mean to have a positive relationship? To many out there, it should be not having too many arguments and feeling lovey dovey between friends, partners and family members. A positive relationship is a relationship that consist more of positive emotions between partners.

Many at times, people are now either having more of exchange relationship rather than communal relationship. Definition of exchange relationship consists of that there must be a fair exchange between both parties, constantly keeping track of what the other party have done for you, and it is formal. Definition of communal relationship consists of keeping track of what the other party have done for you, share an on-going mutual concern.

Perhaps it is time to look on the kind of capitalization response that you response back to your partner.Capitalization refers to sharing of the event with others
 The four types of capitalization responses are as follow:

Referring to the above capitalization responses, which of it do you  use most? Research has shown that only active- constructive response of sharing of the positive life events would help to enhance the quality of the relationship. By also sharing the positive events with other, it forms the basis of connection between relationships and well being. Try it out and let me know if it works for you to have a happier relationship with your partner.

Ladies , how would you want to build your man with $5?

Recently, I saw this picture from facebook. It says that ladies you have $5 to build your man. So what are the attributes that you ladies out there need in a man ?

As for the men if you chanced upon this blog, do take a look what ladies are looking for and start to build on those attributes to help yourself get a partner or build a long lasting relationship. For me , I would choose 2, 6 and 8 cos i think that is what i needed in a man .
